Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that improve health outcomes RMCLHN is seeking a dedicated Quality & Performance Reporting Analyst to support the Director Quality and Safety in delivering trusted timely and meaningful information that drives clinical operational and strategic decisions.
About the Role:
As a Quality & Performance Reporting Analyst you will focus on performance monitoring through the development and delivery of reporting services dashboards and data products for internal and external stakeholders. You will advise on best practices for data collection and system use enhance existing reporting frameworks and support data analytics and performance monitoring initiatives. Your work will ensure RMCLHNs decisions are informed by accurate reliable and actionable information contributing to high-quality healthcare delivery across the network.
