Since its inception almost 20 years ago the firm has grown to encompass an impressive amount of communities totaling around 12000 units across a large portfolio of buildings. Their communities are found in high opportunity areas with proximity to major employers great schools hospitals and public transportation and their goal is to preserve quality affordable housing and create a strong sense of community for all residents by providing top notch resident services.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-orientedDirector of Marketingto play a key role in shaping and executing their marketing strategy during a challenging real estate market. The ideal candidate brings strongproperty management industry expertise innovative thinking and a proven ability to deliver measurable results. This role is critical to driving occupancy enhancing retention and strengthening their competitive market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implementcreative marketing strategies tailored to down-market conditions to increase occupancy and resident retention.
- Support and leadpricing and revenue management initiativesto optimize performance and competitiveness.
- Manage day-to-day execution ofbranding digital marketing advertising and integrated campaigns.
- Analyzemarket trends data and competitor strategiesto identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Drivelead generation conversion and resident engagementthrough innovative data-driven marketing approaches.
- Collaborate closely withMarketing Team operations and leasing teamsto ensure alignment on marketing goals and execution.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets reporting on ROI across channels to ensure accountability.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive marketing experience preferably inproperty management or real estate.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results inchallenging or down markets.
- Strong skills indata analysis pricing strategies and performance optimization.
- Proven success in driving measurable outcomes inoccupancy revenue and brand growth.
- Strategic yet hands-on thinker with acreative mindsetand willingness to explore new ideas.
- Strongcommunication collaboration and leadership skillswith cross-functional teams.
