Position Overview
To manage the Quality relationship between McCormick and Flavor Solutions customers within the Americas Region.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Quality contact for all Flavor Solutions customers across the Americas region meeting their specific requirements for service performance/responsiveness
Development and execution of the CTS strategy for each Flavor Solutions customer; primary accountability to ensure customer needs are delivered through McCormick site function and business unit strategies
Own the governance processes to drive quality performance of Flavor Solutions customer requirements including meeting and/or establishing all customer reporting and review routines and meeting all customer audit/approval needs
Represent the Quality function in McCormick Customer-focused business leadership teams as appropriate
Accountable for the processes that capture and respond to Flavor Solutions customer complaints
Accountable for the processes that deliver all Flavor Solutions customer specifications and data requirements
Leadership and management of Flavor Solutions Customer Quality Managers
Specific personal accountability for management of the Flavor Solutions customers relationship globally liaising and working with global McCormick teams as required

Base Salary: $103530 to $181150
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location skills education experience for this role and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormicks Incentive Bonus (MIB) addition to a competitive compensation package permanent employees of McCormick are eligible for our extensive Total Rewards programs that include:
