Job Summary
The Role
This is ahands-on leadership positionwhere youll not only supervise but also actively participate in cleaning operations. You will support the Cleaning Manager in overseeing nightly tasks managing a team and ensuring the venue is spotless safe and professionally presented.
Youll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across large-scale event spaces and corporate function rooms.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise overnight cleaning operations while performing cleaning duties yourself.
Ensure high-quality outcomes by working alongside your team and setting the standard.
Assist with rostering stock control reporting and labour management.
Work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients staff and patrons.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role applicants must have
The legal right tolive and work in Australiawithout restrictions.
A valid visa that allowsfull-time employment- Permanent Residency Australian Citizenship or a visa with unrestricted work rights.
No limitations onworking hours. Must not be restricted to 24 hours.
The ability to workovernight shiftsas required by the role.

Qualifications/Experience:
Training in safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment (advantageous).
Experience with ride-on powered cleaning equipment (preferred).
Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and equipment.
Previous overnight shift work.
Experience supervising teams of 510 staff.
