Greater Sydney Parklands is a city-wide agency dedicated to the growth and preservation of parklands and is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of designated parks by delivering operational excellence in asset management and development for landscape facility and infrastructure maintenance.

The role
The Operations Coordinator role is all about keeping the parks running smoothly. The role provides the essential operational oversight to ensure our parklands are in optimum condition with a focus on visitor experience public safety and meeting community expectations every day. Youll work with our maintenance contractor ensuring our landscapes facilities and infrastructure are safe accessible and well cared for. Its hands-on and varied one day you might be reviewing and auditing contractor performance the next reviewing plans for future works or proposed community events.
Youll be working with a wide range of stakeholders from service providers to internal teams and need to juggle competing priorities while keeping things customer focused. The challenge is balancing operational delivery with compliance quality standards and community expectationsall within some of Sydneys most iconic parklands.
