Job Title: Customer Service Representative Manufacturing (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $22$24 per hour

About the Role:
Were seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing team on a temporary-to-hire this position youll support daily operations by assisting customers coordinating with internal departments and ensuring that all orders and service requests are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a respected manufacturing organization and grow into a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Direct customer inquiries to the correct departments and ensure prompt follow-up
Support manufacturing service and sales teams with order entry scheduling and documentation
Maintain accurate digital records and update customer information in CRM systems
Provide professional solutions-focused communication to build strong customer relationships
Assist with general office and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or military background a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
Experience with CRM or case management systems preferred
Reliable self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must pass background check drug screen and E-Verify requirements
Schedule:
Full-time MondayFriday
Pay:
$22$24 per hour based on experience
