Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Execution:
Support and drive legal operations programs with a focus on Sunshine Act/Transparency reporting litigation support legal billing and workflow improvements.
Technology Optimization:
Assist in the evaluation implementation and management of legal tech platforms (e.g. CLM eBilling matter management investigation tracking). Ensure alignment with department needs and business objectives.
Vendor & Spend Management:
Manage legal billing processes ensure compliance with billing guidelines support eBilling platform operations and assist with vendor engagement and reporting.
Compliance Operations:
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal stakeholders to support transparency reporting obligations (e.g. Sunshine Act) channel partner governance and related operational processes.
Litigation & Investigation Support:
Partner with legal counsel and outside counsel on litigation case tracking documentation workflows and coordination of key operational deliverables.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities within legal operations. Support the standardization and documentation of procedures across the legal team.
Reporting & Metrics:
Build and maintain operational dashboards to track program performance legal spend compliance metrics and initiative progress. Prepare regular updates for leadership and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between Legal Compliance IT Finance and external vendors. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure project success and stakeholder alignment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant work experience in legal operations project management or compliance.
Experience supporting legal functions in billing litigation or compliance-related domains.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with legal technology tools such as ONIT CounselLink Anaqua Navex or equivalent platforms.
Familiarity with Sunshine Act/Transparency reporting litigation operations and legal billing systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across workstreams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across legal business and technical teams.
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Prior experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare medtech or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
