We are seeking a seasoned and meticulous Procurement Specialist to lead our procurement processes and drive supply chain efficiency. The perfect candidate will have a robust background in procurement practices exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to foster strong vendor relationships while ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.

2 - Source and evaluate suppliers negotiate terms and maintain positive vendor relationships.

3 - Manage the purchase order processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

4 - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved quality.

5 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs and optimize inventory levels.

6 - Prepare and present procurement reports to management highlighting KPIs and opportunities for improvement.

7 - Ensure conformity with legal and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Qualifications:

1 - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

2 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

3 - Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

4 - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

5 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
