Compensation & Benefits

Day Shift Rate (0.9 FTE): $55.44/hour

Night Shift Rate (0.9 FTE): $59.64/hour

$5000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in the first paycheck)

30 days accommodation arranged upon arrival

One-way flight to the U.S.

Employer sponsorship and DS-160 reimbursement
Rates are fixed regardless of experience and exceed the prevailing wage in Indianapolis.
Roles Available

200 positions in the Float Pool (Medical-Surgical and PCU)
- Equal allocation of Day and Night shifts (50/50 split) night shift premiums and benefits will be emphasized
Minimum Requirements
-
BSN degree (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Minimum 3 years clinical experience in the area applied for

NCLEX passed
-
English language exam cleared
-
CGFNS VisaScreen cleared or in process
-
Experience working across multiple countries is essential
