Human Resources Business Partner:
We have an immediate need for an HR professional to join our growing team! This role will assist in all areas of HR management and development.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations/Labor Relations
Facilitates employee discipline discussion with the Committee on Employee Discipline.
Manages employee investigation and disciplinary actions employee counselling and other sensitive HR matters.
Ensures faithful compliance with Philippine labor laws stays updated on regulatory changes and managing HR risks effectively.
Consistently oversee the entire employee separation process from receipt of notice of employee separation to completion of employee clearance ensuring all steps are completed on time and within established procedures.
Represent company in labor complaints in Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and National Labor Relations Committee. (NLRC)
Ensures conduct of quarterly Employee Announcement and Updates Meeting.
Provides human resource expertise in the areas of Employee Relations
Employee Development and Coaching in company policy
Compensation and Benefits assist in inquiries
Organizational Development analyzing and improving organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing strategies processes and programs to enhance culture productivity and employee engagement
Policies and Procedures Formulation
Formulates and writes policies and procedures as needed.
Updates written policies and procedures to document changes in process guidelines and governing regulations.
Strategic HR Partnership and Business Operations Partnership
Partners with top management to effectively implement HR policies procedures and practices.
Advocates the companys vision mission and values in all meetings discussions and during organizational and people related strategies and execution.
Educates coaches and partners with department managers on performance management and employee development goals.
Ensures utilization of HR analytics and other related data to influence people related issues.
Change Management & Transformation
Lead change management strategies for organizational shifts restructures and transformation programs.
Act as a trusted advisor during periods of ambiguity helping leaders navigate change with clarity and empathy.
Learning and Development
Collaborates with the Learning and Development Department to work on value added programs in the areas of training development career management and job performance.
Drives and delivers operational support to achieve on-time completion and implementation of identified training programs.
Monitors timely closure of New Employee Immersion Program
Requirements and Characteristics:
5 to 8 yrs experience as a Sr. Manager HRBP managing Employee and Labor Relations
Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Labor Law
Thorough working knowledge of HR best practices payroll processing experience a plus!
Proficient computer skills to include Google Suite and preferably Microsoft Word Power Point and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interface effectively with a diverse remote workforce
Professional and customer-oriented demeanor
Education and/or Experience:
Well rounded HR professional
HR certification preferred
Excellent communication skills
Availability:
Full Time - 40 hrs/week
Monday-Friday - business hours
