What Youll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email chat or social media
- Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
- Document actions in CRM systems and follow established protocols
Who You Are
- Professionally fluent in Norwegian Danish or Dutch
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Calm resourceful and customer-focused
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Clean credit history required for banking-related roles
- Willing to work rotating shifts (for Dutch eCommerce role)
