About the Role
Were looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing FinTech team in this role youll connect business needs with technical solutions ensuring software projects deliver measurable impact.
What Youll Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to collect analyze and document business requirements.

Translate business objectives into precise software specifications and workflows.

Bridge communication between business and development teams for smooth project execution.

Develop user stories use cases and acceptance criteria to guide agile delivery cycles.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business goals.

Identify process improvements assess project risks and propose practical solutions.

Maintain detailed documentation and promote transparent cross-functional collaboration.

Provide end-user guidance on new system features and functionality.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business or a related field.

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in FinTech or a similar industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).

Experience working with agile methodologies and sprint planning.

Proficiency in documentation (user stories workflows functional specs).

Understanding of SDLC and requirement management best practices.
