ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)

• Assist the Box Office with walk-up sales incoming calls and other forms of communication pertaining to the Box Office.
• Effectively explains seating diagram to guests.
• Maintains accountability of a cash bank drawer balances bank at end of shift.
• Issues cash and comp concert tickets and VIP credentials.
• Helps with inventory control of ticketed shows.
• May distribute promotional coupons.
• Maintain and understand general venue and company knowledge including upcoming events company initiatives hours of operation and philanthropic initiatives.
• Attend and participate in meetings completing follow-up as assigned.
• Attend and participate in off-property functions and events as assigned.
• Perform work regularly and predictably.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED as well as one (1) to two (2) years of previous cashiering and/or ticketing experience preferred.
• Ticketmaster experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk distances.
• The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

• Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to excessive noise.
