Description of the role:
Stanley Subaru is seeking an entry level Accounts Payable & Receivables professional to join our team in Trenton Maine. As a key member of our finance department the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the companys financial transactions ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and record accounts payable and receivables
- Review and verify invoices and purchase orders
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any billing issues
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment collection
- Monitor and analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and potential issues
