Ready to launch your career in automation and robotics Dematic is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Apprenticeship Program as an Apprentice Electrician starting in February 2026.

Youll begin your journey at our customer site in Tarneit VIC (West Melbourne) with the potential to rotate across other major customer sites in the West and the North of Melbourne (such as Craigeburn Somerton Broadmeadows Truganina Tarneit and Epping) throughout your apprenticeship.

We are currently offering apprenticeships in:

Electrical - (Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician)

Upon completion you will be fully certified with experience in complex industrial environments and have access to a variety of career options across the national Dematic business including: Field Service or On-site Maintenance Technician Controls Engineer Electrical Engineer or Project Site Supervisor positions.

Who Were Looking For

We want to hear from you if youre:

Finishing Year 12 and ready to start your career in 2026
Looking to begin or continue a 1st 2nd or 3rd year apprenticeship or are a mature age candidate
Passionate about electrical systems robotics automation gadgets or cars
A strong communicator with an interest in maths or science
Motivated curious and ready to learn
An Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
Holding a current drivers licence and reliable transport (preferred)
