Our hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk managing a team of front office agents coordinating guest services and ensuring that all guest interactions are positive.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage a team of front office agents providing guidance training and support as needed
- Coordinate guest services including check-in check-out and room assignments
- Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of hotel activities
- Maintain a high standard of customer service ensuring that all guest interactions are positive
- Handle any escalated guest issues ensuring that complaints are resolved quickly and effectively
- Train staff on hotel policies procedures and customer service standards
- Manage shift schedules ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed
