Topeka KS Admin Role
Event & Project Support
Assist our event coordinator with logistics for major events such as the annual Benefit Wing-A-Thon and leader gatherings including registration pages invitations and volunteer coordination.
Assist with quarterly board reporting by gathering data formatting reports and distributing materials.
Support Adult Guest experience logistics for events and trips including communication and hospitality coordination.
Communications & Marketing Support
Create and manage camp registration pages parent communication templates and mailing lists.
Prepare and distribute printed materials such as camp flyers and mailers.
Manage Mulch Madness and Wing-A-Thon registration platforms and email updates.
Support ministry teams by producing and scheduling Mailchimp communications (e.g. camp parent emails) using provided templates.
Ministry & Program Administration
Support camping season details including assisting with parent meetings collecting forms and payments and responding to parent inquiries.
Assist staff with ministry-specific administrative needs ensuring consistent support across teams and programs.
Help maintain organized records databases and communication systems to ensure operational continuity.
Manage t-shirt and merchandise ordering process: oversee design communication collect sizing information place orders and handle vendor coordination.
Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with learning and operating digital tools such as Mailchimp online registration platforms and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Collaborative and service-oriented willing to support a range of staff and ministry needs.
Prior experience in nonprofit event or administrative work preferred.
Part-time 1525 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Reports directly to the Events and Communication Coordinator and collaborates with ministry staff.
Some evening or weekend hours may be required during major events or seasonal projects.
