TITLE: Director/Senior Manager of People Operations (hybrid role)

GROWING company is looking for a Director/Senior Manager of People Operations (level will depend on a persons experience). This person will lead the companys Shared Services/COE department. It is a hybrid role.
SUMMARY:
- This role will oversee all aspects of the companys Shared Services/COE department which includes: Total Rewards HRIS Payroll and Leave Management
- Design develop and implement a variety of processes/programs to help the company continue to grow and continue to improve the employee experience
- Will lead a team of 5 HR professionals
- Reports to the Head of HR
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of HR experience
- Lots of experience within Shared Services/COEs leading a variety of people functions
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Leadership/management experience
- Financial Services industry experience is not required
