Key Account Manager Heavy Industries

Location:Casablanca Morocco
Employment Type:Full-time

What you can expect in this role

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focusedKey Account Managerto lead our commercial efforts in the Heavy Industries sector acrossMorocco and Mauritania. As a member of the North and West Africa Sales Team covering nearly 25 countries you will be responsible for managing key accounts across countries driving high-value customer projects and delivering tailored value-added solutions that meet evolving market demands.

You will join a global organization and collaborate with teams spread worldwide dedicated to fight friction through our technologies and services to ensure seamless operations for our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed defined targets.
  • Align sales efforts with regional strategies and business goals.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle: sales forecasting supply planning order handling delivery coordination and payment follow-up.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability through proactive account management.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs build and strengthen long-term commercial and technical relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives monthly forecasting and process optimization.
  • Support promotional campaigns and strategic planning.

What we expect for this position

  • Proven experience in account management or industrial sales preferably in heavy industries.
  • Self-motivated and execution focused with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently as it is mandatory to visit customers regularly to build customer relationship and trust.
  • Good planning and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to manage projects and deliver results across multiple markets.
  • Good learning ability curiosity and willingness to develop further.
  • Fluent in Arabic French and English.
