Job Summary
Junior RPA Developer
The Junior RPA Developer designs develops tests and deploys automation solutions using UiPath to support NIWC Pacific. This role collaborates with SMEs and senior developers to refine automation workflows and improve process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation bots using UiPath
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and validate workflows
- Test troubleshoot and optimize RPA solutions for reliability and performance
- Document automation design and development decisions
- Support knowledge sharing and user training
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of RPA development experience
- UiPath Associate certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python SQL and workflow automation
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with SAP
- Proximity and ability to work full time on site in San Diego CA
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- BS in related field
- Certifications: UiPath Associate
- Contingent upon award
Compensation will be determined based on several factors including relevant experience education skills certifications and market conditions with an expected range of $70000 to $90000.
