Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. As an RBT you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs through evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Assignment Details - Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Age group: Elementary Middle and High School
- Total hours per week: 35-40 hours per week
- Duration of Contract: School Year 2025-2026
Bonuses - Monthly Bonus: $150.00$300.00
- Christmas Bonus: $500.00
- Completion Bonus: $1000.00

Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology Education or related field preferred)
- Active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician credential from the BACB)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection methods
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Reliable flexible and committed to student progress
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a BCBA
- Strong sense of responsibility patience and empathy
Responsibilities - Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one or group-based ABA therapy to students
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regularly
- Support students in achieving social emotional and academic goals
- Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times
