Schedule: Part time Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 9am - 7pm

What Youll Do

• Respond to and follow up with all incoming internet (iLead) phone and KBB ICO leads

• Make 60 outbound calls per day to schedule appointments

• Enter and update all leads and appointments in Dealerbible and CRM systems

• Confirm reschedule and follow up on customer appointments

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Submit nightly activity reports and attend bi-weekly BDC meetings

• Maintain 100% Mazda certification

• Answer general service and parts inquiries

• Enhance every customer interaction through the Nelson Difference

• Commit to personal and professional growth on a daily basis

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using technology and CRM tools

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Retail sales or call center experience preferred but not required

(Training provided no automotive experience necessary!)
