What Youll Do:
Answer inbound phone calls texts and internet leads
Set and confirm appointments for Sales & Service
Follow up with unsold and missed customers
Keep accurate notes in the CRM
Work closely with Sales Managers and Advisors
Deliver a professional friendly customer experience every time
What Were Looking For:
Strong phone and communication skills
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
Automotive experience is a plusbut not required
