Be willing to receive coaching focused on supporting high quality literacy instruction and the Science of Lesson Planning: Partner with general education (inclusive of Launch) ESL and special education teachers during common planning time to co-plan lessons rooted in the Science of Reading and inclusive of culturally and linguistically responsive and Co-Teach: Demonstrate effective research-based literacy instructional strategies through modeling and co-teaching in Learning Facilitation: Collaborate on and lead professional learning during staff meetings in-service days and grade level meetings/common planning -Driven Support: Assist educators in analyzing literacy data (e.g. DIBELS; STAR Reading) to inform instruction and monitor -Team Collaboration: Collaborate with school and district teams (e.g. STEM and Language Acquisition instructional coaches EL specialists administrators) to align efforts share effective practices and strengthen implementation of the districts vision for literacy. Serve as a member of the schools : Teachers salary Schedule plus up to five days beyond the teacher work year to be compensated at the individuals per diem rate of pay. A resume of professional experience should accompany the letter of intent.
