The Aftermarket Parts Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through post-sale products and services including parts accessories and maintenance programs. This role oversees aftermarket parts sales and operational efficiency while leading and motivating the parts sales team.

Are you passionate about this work

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow aftermarket parts accessories and parts revenue.
• Establish and monitor sales goals budgets and profitability targets.
• Design and launch programs to drive increased part sales and customer adoption.
• Lead the Retrofit RFQ process collaborating with our Customer Care Managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the leadership team

• Oversee the complete aftermarket parts process including quoting order entry and fulfillment to ensure timely efficient delivery.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales operations and service teams to enhance the customer experience.

• Recruit train and manage parts sales team.

• Provide coaching motivation and performance management to achieve departmental objectives.
• Foster a results-driven customer-focused culture within the team.
