Location: Marousi Athens
Working Model: Hybrid
You will be reporting to: Customer Care Manager
Your work will include:
Acting as a key contact point for product return operations ensuring the effective management of RMA processes complaint handling and monitoring of pending repairs across the Greek and Cypriot markets.
More specifically:
- Responsible for the entire Product Return operations for Greece & Cyprus
- Management of RMA issuing process and validation of technical returns
- Resolution of complaints and execution of credits or exchanges
- Utilization of the OOW Customer Care program for efficient handling of out-of-warranty cases
- Monitoring of pending repairs (LTP) and coordination with service centers
- Tracking and ensuring fulfillment of key KPIs and service network performance results
- Management of NERP and RMA evidence for process compliance and reporting
Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Technical Studies or related field (preferred)
- Experience in Customer Care RMA or Product Return processes will be considered a strong asset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong report writing and analytical abilities
- Proactive innovative and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently and continuously add value to customers and the company
