Job Summary
Pricing Program manager for BR - Shopping experience team
Key job responsibilities
- Support deployment of Amazon pricing strategy in Brazil
- Serve as central pricing point of contact for multiple stakeholders understanding pricing metrics and systems in depth
- Innovate with customer-centricity proposing and leading structural and incremental improvements to the pricing program
- Analyze root causes of pricing metric changes and propose actions
- Build new ways of looking at pricing data to extract insights
- Inspect pricing mechanisms and propose actions
A day in the life
- Daily: support stakeholders on pricing program questions and needs
- Weekly: analyze metrics meet with stakeholders understand root causes of changes and define short medium and long term action items
- Monthly: conduct pricing training sessions and broader communication sessions
- Quarterly: innovate to come up with ideas on how to improve the pricing program lead projects on such innovations
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
