Job Summary
Are you a driven ambitious professional looking to launch a career in commercial insurance This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced wholesale brokerage team and learn the business from the ground up.
About the Role:
- The Associate Broker will play a key support role in a high-performing brokerage team. Youll assist senior and inside brokers with day-to-day servicing policy processing and account management. Over time youll gain hands-on exposure to carrier relationships submission building and marketing across a broad range of E&S (Excess & Surplus) accounts.
What Youll Do:
Support brokers with policy issuance documentation and processing.
Manage renewals endorsements and client servicing tasks.
Learn how to build submissions and market accounts to carriers.
Gain exposure to all facets of wholesale brokerage operations.
Who You Are:
Motivated dependable and eager to learn no insurance experience required.
Background in sales customer service or office administration is a plus.
Thrives in an in-office environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team-based culture.
Strong attention to detail communication skills and work ethic.
Ambitious and ready to grow within a dynamic organization.
