Job Summary

Your Tasks

Role Purpose

Act as a support person to BDF NKAMs to ensure all sales requirements sales data product information and documentation of key meetings will be duly recorded and monitored.

Sales Efficiency & Effectiveness

1. Data analytics: Conducts sell in and sell out analysis Top 10 IMS Category and promo performance Daily and MTD sales monitoring.
2. Promo Monitoring: Provide promo inventory and promo sell-out
3. Attend and record meetings and key agreements within BDF and DT meetings.
4. Support to Sales: Account requirements; product visuals promo permit sales report inventory reports product samples
5. Gatekeeper of Records; Price list Promo Communication and permits account related requirements.

Your Profile

Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Results-driven attitude
Enjoy working in a busy deadline-driven environment

Must be in the last semester in University

At least one first experience (internship working student work experience) is mandatory

Need to be a resident in the Philippines
