We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Manager to join our consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a minimum of three years of experience in managing accounts. As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive commercial success and enhance customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Lead tendering pitching and proposal development to secure new contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services across the DS Group ecosystem.
- Work closely with our creative and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope.
- Represent DSA as the commercial face of the agency at networking events meetings and presentations.
- Report directly to the CEO
What Success Looks Like
- Winning new tenders and growing agency revenue.
- Strong client retention and satisfaction.
- Clear communication between clients and the DSA team.
- Repeat business and referrals generated from happy clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management business development or commercial roles (agency background a plus).
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset you treat the agency like your own business.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing environment.
