Job Summary
Help us keep Hong Kongs urban forest healthy
What Youll Do
Front-desk hero: answer calls & greet visitors for three sister brands (ATP Arbortools IASHK).
Inbox guardian: manage shared mailboxes flag priorities translate Chinese/English where needed.
Document wizard: create RFQ folders in Zoho CRM name files correctly set calendar reminders.
Logistics pro: book couriers/FedEx for tree-care equipment track shipments & simple expenses.
Quality champion: run spell-check on every outbound email; keep our admin accuracy 98 %.
Escalation sensei: hand complex tender questions to our Administration Manager fast.
Requirements
Must-Haves
Hong Kong Permanent Residence or Work Visa (no sponsorship available for this position)
Diploma or higher (any discipline); bachelors degree a strong plus.
2-4 years full-time office admin in HK; stable CV (average tenure 2 years per job).
Excellent written English & Cantonese; basic Mandarin speaking able to read Simplified Chinese.
IELTS 6.5 overall or CRE Use of English Level 2 or equivalent proof of English writing skill.
Confident with Outlook Teams/WhatsApp MS Office & any CRM.
Friendly and confident communication skills in person and on phone
