Since launching six months ago the brand has experienced steady growth and is now ready to elevate its marketing efforts to expand reach boost engagement and strengthen brand identity across the GCC region.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager you will take full ownership of the brands marketing functionleading strategy content and execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing a brands story to life.

You will play a key role in driving brand awareness enhancing customer engagement and ultimately contributing to the continued growth of the business in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow brand visibility engagement and sales.

  • Plan create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms primarily Instagram and TikTok.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

  • Collaborate with the owner on new product launches promotional campaigns and seasonal collections.

  • Oversee updates and improvements to the company website to enhance user experience and SEO performance.

  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities within the GCC market.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing ideally within the fashion retail or e-commerce sector.

  • Strong track record in social media management content creation and community engagement.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results.

  • Excellent communication skills and a creative eye for visual storytelling.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience using e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite Google Analytics Shopify Canva).

  • Familiarity with GCC markets and cultural nuances in marketing to women in the region.

Success Metrics

  • Growth in social media engagement (likes shares comments).

  • Increased website traffic and conversion rates.

  • Consistent month-over-month sales growth.
