Position: Retail Sales & Production/Delivery Support

Compensation: Starting at $17/hr bonus potential

Availability: Must have open availability between 8 AM 5 PM Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
This is a hands-on cross-functional role ideal for someone looking to grow in the cannabis industry. Youll focus on retail sales development and help as needed with production inventory compliance deliveries customer communication. A strong work ethic flexibility and willingness to learn are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with outbound sales calls as needed
Act as a backup driver and cross-train in transportation/logistics (must be capable and willing to drive and have a valid drivers license)
Assist in retail product preparation and packaging
Support inventory management including ERP data entry and METRC tagging/compliance
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in production and storage areas
Communicate with processors dispensaries and customers professionally and clearly
Perform general warehouse and operational duties across departments
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Open availability between 8 AM 4 PM Monday to Friday
Valid drivers license required
Familiarity with METRC ERP systems or cannabis compliance
Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with customers
Reliable organized and a strong team player
Comfortable working across multiple departments and learning new skills
