Job Summary
Objective
The incumbent is responsible for Administration tasks given by Divisional Head Operations
Principal Accountabilities :
Principal Accountabilities
(A) Operational
Complete round of building in and around.
Checking all security guards and posts.
Briefing / training of guards.
Passing MLC intimations to the concern police stations.
Controlling the complete key system.
Maintain the record of lost and found items and its receivings.
Controlling and supervising the vehicle movement.
Supervising the vehicles requirements like diesel repair work etc.
Controlling / supervising the movement of 24hrs cab.
Responsible of dead body in mortuary and its handing over to attendant.
In case of any death in hospital supervising body shifting to mortuary.
Controlling the visitors movement on the patient floor. ICU.
Arranging ambulances from outside for dead bodys movement.
Supervising checking of all returnable / non returnable gate pass material.
Supervising checking of all supply material.
Supervising contractual staff frisking.
Supervising checking of linens.
Looking after any untoward incidents in hospital.
Checking of fire equipments and fire safety.
Mobile phone control.
VIP arrangements at the movement.
Supervise checking of garbage movements.
Performance Parameters
All round Security of Man and property.
All security related documentation.
Seamless MLC protocol.
Visitor/VIP management.
Gate pass management.
Parking management.
Key management.
Education
Graduate
Experience
5 - 8 years of relevant experience in a large hospital or in service industry.
Knowledge
Technical Knowledge of fire Safety Systems
Maintenance of Fire Safety Systems & equipments.
Expert to give training about fire safety.
Computer literacy.
Able to handle the fire emergency situations.
