Job Description

We are hiring for our client a leading provider of building management systems and service solutions who are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in service coordination customer relations and technical problem-solving to contribute to a growing team.

The Role

Review faults discovered during servicing
Prepare accurate quotes for service jobs and ensure transparent pricing
Communicate with customers to explain faults propose solutions and follow up on quotes
Manage the job scheduling process coordinating with engineers and clients to ensure timely service
Track service KPIs monitor job progress and keep records up-to-date on WorkPal
Order and manage stock levels of parts and components needed for repairs
Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure service jobs dont conflict with project work
Ensure engineers have all necessary tools parts and materials for timely job completion
Provide regular status updates to management highlighting performance and areas for improvement

The Person What Were Looking For

Experience in service coordination customer service or technical admin roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Proficient with WorkPal Microsoft Office or similar software
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in a technical or service industry would be advantageous
