Would you like to join the Strategic Key Accounts team within GN Hearing and have an active and pivotal role as a Project Manager coordinating and leading the different projects that create value for both GN and our strategic key accounts
In this role as Project Manager for Strategic Key Accounts you will be responsible for coordinating driving and ensuring the execution of various projects. This is an international and cross-functional role and you will work in close collaboration with the supply chain IT GN sales subsidiaries and Customer Care teamsas well as our customers around the world.
You will be responsible for developing and managing relevant projects with standards and processes related to transformation projects. This requires focus on internal and external collaboration and strategic execution which are instrumental for the projects success. You will need to be curious about and challenge our processes and practices thus identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
As we may not always know the path from point A to point B this role will require you to be a creative andproactive problem-solver who seeks and implements practical solutions. As a person we hope you are comfortable with some ambiguity and thrive on taking ownership of your responsibilities.
The team you will be part of:
At our HQ in Ballerup you will join the GN Hearing International Sales and join a small but mighty team of eight people (one placed in the US) and work globally and cross-functionally. As a team we aim to create anatmosphere that is open-minded relaxed and supportive of each other.
Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
Plan organize and oversee the completion of projects
Be an active part of investigating and developing solutions
Create project timelines and monitor progress against the project plan
Outline the needed deliverables and ensure that their deadlines are met
Continuously support in establishing and managing the key standards and processes
Coordinate and facilitate with relevant stakeholders
Facilitate ongoing meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project with all relevant stakeholders
To succeed in the role we imagine that youhave
an audiologic education or an . e.g. in business marketing economics supply chain IT finance or a relevant education
3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Project management experience
A structured and detail oriented way of working
Industry and audiologic experience
Have a strong internal drive to find solutions to problems
Strong stakeholder management skills
The ability to communicate issues and your recommendations clearly across organisational levels
Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluent English skills
