Company 350. GTM org 48 (incl. CRO). AEs: headcount 10 (2 open due to performance bar). SDRs: 10 (1:1 with AEs). Also SEs Account Management and building a Partner team.

Role description:
- SDR Manager > with currently 8 people in the team (2 to be hired)
- Responsible for hiring and scaling the SDR team
- Implement and shape the SDR playbook - outreach social selling etc
- SDRs generate 70% of AE pipeline.
- ICP & buyers: B2C brands doing 340M GMV (some >200M for marketplace layer).
- Buyers: CEO Head of E-commerce Head of Operations Head of Warehouse (for larger: Head of E-commerce).
- Deal sizes & cycles: Average starting deal 35k (outliers 400500k). Average cycle 131 days (4 months); small deals can close in 1 month; larger up to 6 months.

- Story: Founded 16 years ago by a computer science grad who wrote the original code to make listing on eBay easy. Founder is still the CEO.
- Funding: Significant growth investment by PSG (April; amount/percentage not disclosed) to double revenue in the next few years and triple after.
