Your responsibilities

- You own the technical stewardship of the HRc domain evaluation and development across Workday and adjacent systems (run change advisory)

- You advise HR Line / functional colleagues on Workday technical options and effort and drive the standardisation of these areas

- You lead major domain changes end-to-end in partnership with business leads

- You ensure clear technical specifications and documentation (e.g. Jira tickets) are kept up to date

- You own the ticket flow in assigned areas: assess dispatch deliver run/change items on time

Your strenghts

- You bring three to five years of professional experience with Workday (Consulting or in-house)

- You have strong knowledge of HCM SKUs: Learning Talent Skills Recruiting

- You understand the business needs and are able to translate it into Workday HCM systems configurations

- Ideally you have a Workday Pro certification (or proven track record in equivalent area)

- Your technical focus: configuration execution and advisory to business

- You are a proven self-starter with ownership mindset

- You are based in German-speaking Switzerland or open to relocation to Zürich as of start of the contract

- The team is happy to collaborate with you three days per week on site
