Ideal for an exceptional mid-level (5 years) HR Generalist who worked for an ASX 200 company and wants to have a go of being part of an exciting HR Tech Scale up. This role is for someone with about 5 years experience and who wants to be part of creating and shaping the culture of a fast growing scaleup. Creating clearer job responsibilities policies & recruitment processes.... etc.

Some of the required skills experience and qualifications

  1. 5 years working in large companies such as ASX 200
  2. Interest in being part of building a scale up culture for a tech company
  3. Proven recruitment experience
  4. Proven experience in collaborating with leaders to create clear job descriptions responsibilities and policies
  5. Proven exposure or experience in how to work with the companys leadership to shape the culture and create a lasting framework for it

Remuneration

  • Base: $140K Super
  • OTE: $180K (base quarterly bonuses)
  • Share options: Currently valued at about $60000
