The role bridges corporate sustainability goals and IIRRs field capabilities shaping initiatives that deliver shared value for businesses and rural producers alike.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead architect for a high-profile sustainability partnership between IIRR and a global company.
- Translate corporate ESG and sourcing priorities into actionable IIRR programs and investment proposals.
- Develop co-funded business cases partnership frameworks and reporting systems.
- Manage cross-regional implementation teams to ensure impact and accountability.
- Liaise with senior corporate foundation and technical partners representing IIRR in global sustainability platforms.
- Build internal capacity to position IIRR as a preferred partner for other corporate collaborations.
- 10 15 years experience in sustainability partnerships ESG strategy or responsible supply chains.
- Demonstrated success working in sustainability or responsible sourcing initiatives across multiple industries
- Strong business acumen donor-relations expertise and intercultural communication skills.
- Masters degree in international development business or sustainability preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; able to move from concept to deal to implementation.
