OVERVIEW:

As the Merchandising Retail Systems Coordinator you will be meticulously driving data integrity by managing all style data entry into our PLM systems including but not limited to new style set up style adds/drops and attribute updates accordingly across seasons for your respective division of product and special projects. This role will employ an exceptionally high level of accuracy in managing pricing sizing categories subcategories retail launch dates deliveries store assortments style and color status among several other important data points across several systems/reports. This role will ensure accuracy in reporting as well as communicate updates to all cross-functional partners and respond to high-priority updates with urgency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills that will add benefit to our processes and aide to increase efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating style shells
• Entering and maintaining all seasonal data ensuring that all cross functional partners receive accurate information in order to produce business reports
• Executing updates for all styles across multiple active seasons and responsible for communicating updates to cross functional partners while being mindful of impact across multiple systems
• Managing optimizing and auditing existing data
• Recognizing opportunities to improve processes and finding solutions to help solve issues
• Following up with cross functional partners as needed on various updates or solutions presented
• Producing maintaining and distributing ad hoc and routine reports
• Recording detailed notes during team meetings and updating shared team files
• Creating Buy Logs for seasonal assortments and communicating to cross functional partners
• Creating and maintaining milestone deadline trackers and calendars ensuring teams are tracking to be on time across several ongoing projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent writing communication and presentation skills.
• Creative results-oriented who possesses excellent prioritization and project management skills and who has a strong sense of focus organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• A positive go-getter and team player who can also work independently with the ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
• Highly proficient in using the MS Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook.

The base salary range for this position is $68000-$70000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. As such on occasion and when applicable there is the possibility that the final agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the companys total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses long term incentives a PTO policy and many other progressive benefits.
