Job Summary
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for automotive excellence Join our thriving dealership at RaySkillman Hoosier Ford as a Parts Manager! Were seeking an experienced customer focused professional who can efficiently manage operations and inspire our dedicated parts team.
What Were Looking For:
Must have 1 years of Parts Management or related experience in the auto industry.
Must be willing to work extended hours as needed including evenings and weekends.
Must have strong leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills are required to work with customers employees and vendors.
Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare administer and monitor an annual operating budget for the Parts Department.
Forecast goals & objectives and then strive to meet them.
Create & maintain a positive relationship with customers ensuring that department staff are helpful as well as making customer satisfaction a priority to ensure referrals and repeat business.
Ensure that parts inventory and reconciliation are completed in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines.
Job Type Full-time
Salary 50K-80K Based on experience
