Senior Project Coordinator Customer to Cash Poznań
Role overview
Carlsberg is embarking on a major digital transformation and were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our SAP S/4HANA migration initiative supporting the Customer to Cash (CtC) process within the Finance stream.
What youll be doing
- Coordinate and manage deliverables within the Customer to Cash stream working closely with the CtC Lead External consultants and Finance Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor and report on project progress using tools such as Jira SAP cloud ALM
- Assist in the development of project documentation including status reports change management strategies and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage interdependencies ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Organize and support project meetings including scheduling agenda preparation and action item tracking and closure
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Business Administrations Finance Information Systems Project Management or a related field
- Proficient organizational analytical and communication skills
- Prior experience in project coordination or project management preferably within an FMCG or similar high-demand industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira Confluence or other project tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative multicultural and cross-functional team environment
