About the Role:
Join Bairds Equity Research Operations team as a Business Coordinator Intern and contribute to a collaborative group that drives efficiency process improvement and innovation. Youll work alongside experienced professionals and equity research analysts to support key operational initiatives and help advance the departments strategic goals. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a dynamic high-performing environment.
This internship requires working full time during the summer 37.5-40 hours per week Monday-Friday and working part time during the school semesters 15-20 hours per week in our downtown Milwaukee WI office. We are seeking a local student who can start in May 2026.
The Impact Youll Make:
Support operational initiatives that drive efficiency process improvement and innovation across the Equity Research department
Collaborate with experienced professionals and research analysts to enhance team performance and client output
Assist with department initiatives and projects including coverage lists marketing materials and data sourcing
Complete other administrative tasks as needed
What Youll Bring to Baird:
Pursuing a bachelors degree - all majors are encouraged to apply
Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or later
Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels both verbally and in writing
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
