The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Customer Support organization is seeking an innovative and adaptable Support Engineering Technical Manager (Level K) to join our Illustrated Parts Catalog/Data (IPC/IPD) team in Seal Beach CA.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees developing implementing integrating and supporting customer training support data and field and engineering support in the area of Retrofit Engineering.
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
Manages develops and motivates employees.
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Seal Beach CA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent experience is required
3 years of experience in effectively leading teams
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to interpret various data sources and make decisions to deliver results
Experience communicating and collaborating directly with peers other employees and all levels of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with IPC/IPD technical publication data sources tools and processing
Experience with metric development and analysis
Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values
Demonstrated ability in team building coaching and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement
Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team
