Job Summary
Bejac Corporation one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States is hiring.
Our Reno NV location is currently seeking a Field Dispatcher who will dispatch the appropriate technicians for the job.
This is a full-time position; Monday -- Friday 8 AM -- 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! Must be located in or around Reno.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Handle customer calls related to service billing questions disputes and/or explanations
-Follow-up on quotes and pending repairs
- Monitor mechanic time on work orders
-Control labor hours
-Prepare technician evaluations
-Discuss technician deficiencies
-Answer calls for service recording the necessary information to either work through the situation or to dispatch the appropriate technician

Qualifications:
-Previous supervisor experience is a plus
-Excellent customer service and communication skills -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
