Job Description

Summary:

The IT Project Specialist will be based in Chennai reporting to Manager

What a typical day looks like:

Contract Management

Review and process contract renewals ensuring compliance with financial and operational terms.
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to validate contract clauses and pricing structures.
Maintain a centralized contract database and track renewal timelines to avoid lapses.

Project Review & Cost Analysis

Conduct financial reviews of ongoing and completed projects to assess budget adherence and cost efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable insights to project managers.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on project performance and financial impact.

Accounting & P&L Review

Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by reconciling cost data and validating entries.
Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate cost allocations and financial reporting.

Experience we are looking to add to our team :

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
(3 years) experience in cost analysis financial planning or contract management.
Proficiency in Excel ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
