Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related fields.
Strong interest in recruitment talent acquisition and human resource management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken.
