- Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
- Support the hotels service and relationship strategy driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst enabling achievement of property sales objectives
- Lead and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function
- Ensure your team is focused on building long-term value-based customer relationships that ensure guests have everything they need
