Join Our Contaminated Land Team in Sydney

Were looking for a Senior Environmental Scientist to support and lead the delivery of contaminated land and broader environmental projects in NSW and nationally. This role is perfect for someone with 7-10 years experience who wants more ownership variety and growth.

What Youll Be Doing

Work on challenging and rewarding projects across Australia Asia-Pacific Canada and the United States that contribute to better environmental outcomes
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior staff
Leading delivery of PSIs DSIs RAPs for complex urban renewal precinct level design and remediation projects
Overseeing complex fieldwork tasks including soil groundwater surface water and vapour sampling
Preparing technical reports and client deliverables
Leading proposal preparation and project costing
Liaising with clients subcontractors and regulators

What Youll Need

Degree in Environmental Science Geology Engineering or related discipline
7-10 years consulting experience in contaminated land
Industry certification (CEnvP or CPSS) or keen interest to pursue this
Solid understanding of NSW and national environmental frameworks (NEPM NEMP etc.)
Strong communication and technical writing skills
Confidence in the field with an eye for detail and technical excellence
A team-first attitude and a proactive mindset
Willingness to learn from others at all career levels
Desire to ask questions and think critically about technical matters
Interest in developing your career!!
